1. Conduct field coaching to drive sales growth with the sales team.
2. Train new Beauty Consultants (BC) to enhance consultation and selling skills, ensuring superior customer service.
3. Guide and build confidence in BCs through hands-on fieldwork.
4. Train BCs on new product launches in secondary cities.
5. Conduct beauty workshops for customers.
6. Assist the sales department in evaluating BC performance.
7. Maintain and enhance the BC image.
8. Support the national training manager with daily tasks.

1. University graduate or higher.

7. Proficient makeup skills.

At least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a cosmetics or fashion-related brand.

University graduate or above.
