1. Conduct field coaching to enhance sales team performance and drive sales growth.
2. Train new Beauty Consultants (BC) and improve their consultation and selling skills.
3. Guide and build confidence in BCs through fieldwork.
4. Train BCs on new product launches in secondary cities.
5. Conduct beauty workshops for customers.
6. Assist the sales department in evaluating BC performance.
7. Maintain and enhance the image of BCs.
8. Support the national training manager with daily tasks.

1. University degree or higher.

7. Proficient in makeup application.

A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, preferably within a cosmetics or fashion-related brand.

University graduate or above.
