1. Assist the Senior PR Manager in researching and scouting new talents on Instagram.
2. Create casting lists for Paris events.
3. Manage all aspects of press releases, including product orders, translations, press text verification, and print orders.
4. Act as the primary contact for press inquiries, handling the distribution of photos, information, and products.
5. Perform general administrative tasks such as travel bookings and purchase order creation.
6. Prepare presentations for conferences, concepts, and newsletters.
7. Compile various reports.
8. Coordinate mailings.

1. Passion for social media and talent scouting on Instagram.
2. Completion of at least three semesters in a relevant field of study.
3. Initial practical experience, such as marketing or training internships.
4. Strong interest in the beauty and luxury sectors.
5. Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and basic experience with MS Excel.
6. Excellent command of German and English; proficiency in French is a plus.
7. Independent and creative work style, with strong analytical skills and enthusiasm.
