Parfums Christian Dior Project Management Intern

- Coordinate the overall progress of the strategic operations plan, ensuring coherence and synergy across five key pillars.
- Proactively support project leaders in the rigorous monitoring and strategic updating of project documents, ensuring alignment with global objectives.
- Centralize and analyze strategic performance indicators (KPIs) monthly, providing a consolidated view of performance and action levers.
- Design and develop impactful communication materials (presentations, dynamic dashboards) for key reporting bodies, including executive committees.
- Ensure smooth, transparent, and strategically oriented communication on project progress and KPI results to facilitate decision-making.
- Actively participate in the design and organization of quarterly workshops dedicated to deepening each strategic pillar, fostering collective intelligence and innovation.
- Develop comprehensive presentation materials for the initial phase of each workshop, including an in-depth analysis of project status and a global strategic scorecard.
- Provide strategic support to project leaders in structuring initiatives and resolving complex challenges, proposing optimization paths and innovative solutions.
- Contribute to the evolution and optimization of project management tools and processes, in a continuous improvement approach to operational and strategic efficiency.
- Currently enrolled in a Grande École d'ingénieur (Master's level) with a specialization in project management, supply chain, or a relevant field.
- Excellent analytical and synthesis skills.
- Attention to detail and organizational rigor.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency in PowerBI and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work collaboratively and interact with diverse stakeholders.
- Proactive, autonomous, and innovative mindset.
- Interest in the luxury and cosmetics industry is a plus.
No prior experience required, suitable for beginners.
Currently pursuing a Master's degree in engineering or a related field.
