- Support the Marketing department in campaign launches, prioritizing key events and Public Relations campaigns.
- Assist the Public Relations Manager in executing PR strategies aligned with the marketing plan.
- Maintain and build relationships with media, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and celebrities.
- Execute innovative ideas for PR engagements, including content creation and local influencer product seeding initiatives.
- Track and measure PR results through monthly reporting and competitor analysis.
- Schedule and coordinate PR activities and events in accordance with the marketing plan.
- Coordinate with vendors, partners, and organizations for PR activities and events.
- Assist and coordinate with the Event Manager to organize events for new launches and campaigns.
- Plan and execute events, such as Centre Courts and Pop-Ups, ensuring seamless execution in line with the brand image and marketing plan.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners, including agencies, vendors, and mall management, to initiate events.
- Assist in post-event reporting and bidding for major events.
- Execute offline media campaigns (OOH, Cinema, and Magazine) aligned with the Media Plan.
- Monitor the offline Media Plan to ensure timely delivery of advertising material.
- Coordinate with the Media Agency on offline Media Plan reporting and analysis.
- Monitor and manage expenses of PR & Events Budget to ensure cost efficiency and alignment with business objectives.
- Assist in Purchase Orders preparation, tracking expenses and invoices for accurate financial reporting.
- Monitor industry trends and competitors to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
- Assist in department administrative duties or other ad-hoc duties as required.
- Degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or relevant fields.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong time management skills.
- Keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail.
- Critical thinking and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Excellent planning and organizing skills.
- Full professional proficiency in English.
- Professional working proficiency in Malay and Chinese is an advantage.
A minimum of 3 years of related marketing experience, specifically in customer marketing, customer insights, retail, and digital marketing. Experience with international brands and in the beauty industry, luxury products, or high-segment consumer goods is preferred.
Degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or relevant fields.
