- Assist the manager in ensuring the development of packaging for the Makeup category, adhering to marketing briefs and objectives related to deadlines, cost, design, industrialization, and quality.
- Coordinate packaging development projects, alerting the team and stakeholders to any technical, quality, timing, or cost issues.
- Ensure the qualification process of packaging and finished products in collaboration with R&D, Manufacturing, and Quality teams.
- Maintain the system and process of packaging specification, ensuring quality, functional characteristics, and machinability criteria are met.
- Oversee the delivery of secondary and primary packaging and process engineering projects as directed by the line manager.
- Contribute to the sustainable package development roadmap.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field, in accordance with VISA criteria.
- Academic background in Engineering, with a focus on generalist, mechanics, or packaging disciplines.
- Proficiency in 3D CAD design software and 2D drawings, as well as MS Office applications.
- Fluency in English; prior international exposure is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Quick learner with curiosity, clarity of thought, and autonomy.
- Experience in project management within a matrix organization.
- Proactive and creative problem-solving abilities in packaging development.
- Sensitivity to sustainability topics and ability to drive related projects.
A minimum of 2 years in packaging development or a related field, ideally with exposure to international markets and project management within a matrix organization.
Degree in Engineering, preferably with a focus on mechanics or packaging.
The position offers access to a company canteen and shuttle bus service, enhancing the daily work experience in Pudong, Shanghai.
