1. Coordinate office operations and provide administrative support to the Country Manager and office team.
2. Ensure systematic organization within the office and manage external suppliers.
3. Execute administrative tasks including post handling, invoicing, document flow management, and contract archiving.
4. Organize meetings, travel arrangements, and manage monthly reviews of expenses, vehicles, and holidays.
5. Service office warehouse with POSM, manage stock movements, and maintain related documentation.
6. Implement incentive programs for retailers and manage PR gifts.
7. Perform other administrative tasks as required.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in an office environment as an assistant.

1. Strong communication skills.
2. Excellent organizational skills.
3. Ability to understand and follow priorities.
4. Efficiency and time management.
5. Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
6. Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
7. Ability to work effectively under time pressure.
8. Systematic and punctual in work.
