1. Assist the manager in overseeing packaging developments for the Makeup category, ensuring alignment with marketing briefs and objectives related to timeline, cost, design, industrialization, and quality.
2. Coordinate packaging development projects, providing alerts to the team and stakeholders regarding any technical, quality, timing, or cost issues.
3. Ensure the qualification process of packaging and finished products in collaboration with R&D, Manufacturing, and Quality teams.
4. Maintain the system and process of packaging specification, ensuring quality, functionality, and machinability criteria are met.
5. Ensure the delivery of secondary and primary packaging, as well as process engineering projects as directed by the line manager.
6. Contribute to the sustainable package development roadmap.

1. Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, excluding internships or apprenticeships.
2. Academic background in engineering, preferably in generalist, mechanics, or packaging fields.

1. Proficiency in 3D CAD design software and 2D drawing verification.
2. Strong command of MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
3. Excellent English communication skills; international exposure is advantageous.
4. Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
5. Quick learning ability, curiosity, clarity of thought, and autonomy.
6. Knowledge of the beauty industry is beneficial.

Degree in engineering, preferably in generalist, mechanics, or packaging.
