Christian Dior Packaging Developer

- Assist the manager in overseeing packaging developments for the Makeup category, ensuring alignment with marketing briefs and objectives related to timeline, cost, design, industrialization, and quality.
- Coordinate packaging development projects, providing alerts to the team and stakeholders regarding any technical, quality, timing, or cost issues.
- Ensure the qualification process of packaging and finished products in collaboration with R&D, Manufacturing, and Quality teams.
- Maintain the system and process of packaging specification, ensuring quality, functionality, and machinability criteria are met.
- Ensure the delivery of secondary and primary packaging, as well as process engineering projects as directed by the line manager.
- Contribute to the sustainable package development roadmap.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, excluding internships or apprenticeships.
- Academic background in engineering, preferably in generalist, mechanics, or packaging fields.
- Proficiency in 3D CAD design software and 2D drawing verification.
- Strong command of MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent English communication skills; international exposure is advantageous.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Quick learning ability, curiosity, clarity of thought, and autonomy.
- Knowledge of the beauty industry is beneficial.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant field, excluding internships or apprenticeships, is required.
Degree in engineering, preferably in generalist, mechanics, or packaging.
