- Define and execute the global strategy for attracting Next Gen talent.
- Manage partnerships with top-tier educational institutions in collaboration with LVMH Group, Beauty Division, and local markets.
- Collaborate with HRBP Campus to ensure seamless recruitment processes.
- Oversee the InDior program for approximately 250-300 headquarters interns.
- Support local markets to ensure a consistent experience.
- Manage employer brand content for school engagement in alignment with the EVP.
- Define KPIs and navigate the HR community to convert top interns and apprentices into permanent roles.
- Design and implement central programs for Next Gen talent.
- Manage the VIE program to integrate bicultural profiles at headquarters.
- Coordinate the Graduate Program at Group and Division levels.
- Research and co-develop unique programs for future marketing leaders with brand HRBPs.
- Benchmark best practices and explore Graduate Program opportunities.
- Define engaging selection and onboarding processes.
- Propose an exceptional learning program focused on creativity and luxury brand management.
- Propose a rotation and career development program.
- Study compensation and benefits programs.
- Proven experience in project management applicable to talent program management, including selection, onboarding, and engagement processes.
- Ability to develop strategic proposals and roadmaps for medium/long-term ambitions.
- Operational excellence in program management.
- 2-3 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in roles closely collaborating with Marketing Development is advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to work with multiple stakeholders and navigate decision-making processes to successfully complete projects.
