- Understand consumer needs and expectations, including those of Dior users and potential consumers.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize the impact of product launches through storytelling, advertising, and merchandising.

- Collaborate with BI and CRM teams on market insights and consumer recruitment campaigns.
- Lead event design and consumer engagement initiatives based on product concepts and budget guidelines.
- Work with training teams to ensure consistent storytelling in all training sessions.
- University graduate or higher

- Proficiency in retail channels and data analysis
- Fluency in Mandarin and English, both written and oral
