1. Lead and manage the counter operations, including team motivation and development according to retail KPIs and sales targets.
2. Provide professional, individualized, and unique customer consultations following Dior guidelines.
3. Develop and maintain a strong and exclusive clientele.
4. Expand the CRM database and conduct clienteling and CRM activities.
5. Ensure an excellent level of service through a customer-oriented mindset, setting an example for the team.
6. Conduct regular performance reporting, competitive analysis, and trend observations.
7. Manage stockroom operations and coordinate assortments with the back-office team.

1. Commercial training in retail or equivalent qualification with a retail focus.
2. Several years of experience in premium/luxury retail.
3. Proven experience in leading a high-performance store team.
4. Extensive experience in developing a strong CRM network.
5. Solid understanding of the cosmetics, fashion, and luxury markets.

1. Fluent in German and English; proficiency in Russian, Mandarin, or Arabic is advantageous.
2. Analytical thinking with a strong grasp of metrics for deriving actions.
3. Open, confident personality with strong sales and communication skills.
4. Empathetic and practical leadership style.

A minimum of 3 years in a similar role within the luxury retail sector.

Commercial training in retail or equivalent qualification.
