1. Lead and manage the counter independently, including team motivation and development according to retail KPIs and sales targets, as well as personnel planning.

7. Manage stockroom and coordinate assortment with the back office team.

1. Commercial training in retail or a comparable qualification with a retail focus.
2. Several years of experience in premium/luxury retail.
3. Extensive experience in leading a high-performance store team.
4. Strong experience in developing a robust CRM network.
5. Solid understanding of the cosmetics, fashion, and luxury markets.

1. Fluent in German and English; Russian, Mandarin, or Arabic is advantageous.
2. Analytical thinking and proficient in using metrics to derive actions.
3. Open, confident personality with strong sales and communication skills.
4. Empathetic and practical leadership style.

Minimum 3 years of experience in premium/luxury retail and team management.

Commercial training in retail or a comparable qualification.
