1. Lead and manage the counter operations, including team motivation and development in line with retail KPIs and sales targets, as well as staff scheduling.

4. Expand the CRM database and execute clienteling and CRM activities, monitoring their effectiveness.
5. Ensure an exceptional level of customer service, setting an example for the team.
6. Conduct regular performance reporting, and monitor competitive and trend developments.
7. Oversee stockroom management and coordinate product assortment with the back office team.

1. Commercial training in retail or a comparable qualification with a retail focus.
2. Several years of experience in premium/luxury retail.
3. Proven experience in leading a high-performance store team.
4. Extensive experience in developing a robust CRM network.
5. Comprehensive understanding of the cosmetics, fashion, and luxury markets.

1. Fluent in German and English; proficiency in Russian, Mandarin, or Arabic is advantageous.
2. Analytical mindset with proficiency in interpreting key metrics to inform decision-making.
3. Confident, open personality with strong sales and communication skills.
4. Empathetic and practical leadership style.

Minimum 3 years of experience in premium/luxury retail management.

Commercial training in retail or a comparable qualification.
