1. Lead the CoreHR program, ensuring alignment with stakeholders.
2. Define and implement a scalable HRIS Core Model with best practices.
3. Oversee HRIS-related application projects, ensuring timely delivery and budget control.
4. Lead and coordinate internal teams and external partners.
5. Identify and mitigate risks related to project execution and system implementation.
6. Define and monitor KPIs to measure the effectiveness of the CoreHR program.
7. Drive the post Go Live and Run organization with adapted Governance.
8. Oversee maintenance and continuous improvement of HR applications.

1. Fluency in English and French.
2. Proven expertise in SAP SuccessFactors, PeopleDoc, and HRIS system integrations.
3. Experience in international, multi-brand, and multi-entity environments.

A minimum of 10 years of experience in HRIS management, preferably within the luxury or beauty sectors.
