1. Partner with local senior management to align HR strategies with business objectives.
2. Address employee requests and queries efficiently.
3. Manage and maintain employee files and documentation.
4. Prepare and manage employment contracts and related HR documentation.
5. Enter and update employee records in the Enova system.
6. Ensure internal HR systems are current and accurate.
7. Oversee occupational medicine exams and OHS trainings.
8. Manage employee exit processes, including conducting exit interviews.
9. Prepare corporate reports on headcount and staff cost evolution.
10. Assist in payroll preparation and reconciliation across multiple countries.
11. Prepare data for annual compensation budgets per country.
12. Provide data for HR audit processes in the CEE region.
13. Monitor changes in local legal regulations.
14. Liaise with the regional HR Director to ensure compliance with international Group HR standards.
15. Create a network in the market and represent the company’s values.

1. Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced, multinational environment.
2. Practical knowledge of the Polish Labour Code and Enova system.
3. Proficiency in business English for daily use.

1. Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills across all hierarchical levels.
2. Ability to prioritize and balance different interests and stakeholders.
3. Digital proficiency, particularly in MS Office, especially Excel.
4. Knowledge of Enova software is essential.
5. Understanding of the luxury consumer goods environment is advantageous.

Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar HR role within a fast-paced, multinational company.
