Parfums Christian Dior HR Generalist

- Partner with local senior management to align HR strategies with business objectives.
- Address employee requests and queries efficiently.
- Manage and maintain employee files and documentation.
- Prepare and manage employment contracts and related HR documentation.
- Enter and update employee records in the Enova system.
- Ensure internal HR systems are current and accurate.
- Oversee occupational medicine exams and OHS trainings.
- Manage employee exit processes, including conducting exit interviews.
- Prepare corporate reports on headcount and staff cost evolution.
- Assist in payroll preparation and reconciliation across multiple countries.
- Prepare data for annual compensation budgets per country.
- Provide data for HR audit processes in the CEE region.
- Monitor changes in local legal regulations.
- Liaise with the regional HR Director to ensure compliance with international Group HR standards.
- Create a network in the market and represent the company’s values.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced, multinational environment.
- Practical knowledge of the Polish Labour Code and Enova system.
- Proficiency in business English for daily use.
- Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills across all hierarchical levels.
- Ability to prioritize and balance different interests and stakeholders.
- Digital proficiency, particularly in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Knowledge of Enova software is essential.
- Understanding of the luxury consumer goods environment is advantageous.
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar HR role within a fast-paced, multinational company.
