3. Participate in promoting this approach within communications, HSE methods, and team dynamics.
4. Support safety facilitators and managers in embracing this new safety posture.
5. Prepare and structure the deployment phase across other campus sectors in coordination with relevant services.
6. Contribute to defining a scorecard and projecting necessary KPIs.
7. Engage in continuous improvement actions aligned with the company's deployment plan.

1. Currently pursuing a BAC +4/5 degree (Engineering School, University, or equivalent) with a specialization in HSE, change management, organization, or management.

1. Proficient in written and verbal communication with strong pedagogical and group facilitation skills.
2. Demonstrates autonomy, creativity, rigor, and the ability to unite teams.
3. Interest in cultural transformation, safety, and human support topics.
4. Familiarity with analytical tools (PBI, Excel) and associated ISO standards.

Beginner

Pursuing a BAC +4/5 degree in a relevant field.
