Parfums Christian Dior HR Generalist

- Partner with local senior management to address HR needs.
- Handle employee requests and queries efficiently.
- Manage and maintain employee files and documentation.
- Prepare employment contracts and related HR documentation.
- Update employee records in the Enova system.
- Ensure internal HR systems are current, including HrNest, Carrotspot, and others.
- Oversee occupational medicine exams and OHS trainings.
- Manage employee exit processes, including exit interviews.
- Prepare corporate reports on headcount and staff costs.
- Assist in payroll preparation and reconciliation across multiple countries.
- Prepare data for annual compensation budgets.
- Provide data for HR audits in the CEE region.
- Monitor changes in local legal regulations.
- Liaise with the regional HR Director to align with Group HR standards.
- Represent the company’s values and build a relevant network in the market.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced, multinational environment.
- Practical knowledge of the Polish Labour Code and Enova system.
- Proficiency in building relationships across hierarchical levels.
- Ability to prioritize and balance different interests and stakeholders.
- Digital proficiency, especially in MS Office, with a focus on Excel.
- Fluency in Business English for daily use.
- Understanding of the luxury consumer goods environment is advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in HR systems and software, particularly Enova.
- Analytical skills for preparing reports and budgets.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
At least 1 year of experience in a similar HR role, ideally within a fast-paced and multinational company environment.
