HR Generalist

1. Partner with local senior management.
2. Handle employee requests and queries.
3. Manage employee files and documentation.
4. Prepare employment contracts and other HR documentation.
5. Enter and update employee records in the Enova system.
6. Maintain internal HR systems.
7. Oversee occupational medicine exams and OHS trainings.
8. Manage employee-exit processes.
9. Prepare corporate reports on headcount and staff cost evolution.
10. Assist in payroll preparation and reconciliation.
11. Prepare data for annual compensation budget.
12. Provide information for new vendor creation.
13. Provide data for HR audit processes.
14. Monitor changes in local legal regulations.
15. Liaise with the regional HR Director.
16. Create a relevant network in the market and represent company values.

1. At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
2. Practical knowledge of the Polish Labour Code.
3. Knowledge of Enova software.

1. Relationship building and interaction at all hierarchical levels.
2. Ability to prioritize and balance different interests.
3. Digital savvy with strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel.
4. Proficiency in Business English.

At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced, multinational company.
