1. Lead the Beauty Worldwide CoreHR program, ensuring alignment with HR business needs and IT strategy.
2. Define and implement a scalable HRIS Core Model, integrating best practices and ensuring future-proof solutions.
3. Coordinate between HRIS business process owners, HR teams, and IT stakeholders to optimize the HRIS ecosystem.
4. Manage and prioritize the HR IT Roadmap and Strategic portfolio for the Beauty Division.
5. Oversee budget portfolio management.
6. Deliver HRIS-related application projects, ensuring timely delivery and budget control.
7. Lead and coordinate internal teams and external partners.
8. Ensure integration and interoperability of HRIS solutions with other IT platforms.
9. Identify, anticipate, and mitigate risks related to project execution and system implementation.
10. Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the CoreHR program.
11. Oversee maintenance and continuous improvement of HR applications.
12. Provide reporting to Beauty management on Build & Run activities.
13. Manage external service providers for support and maintenance contracts.
14. Oversee level 2 support for critical HR applications.
15. Develop and coordinate Region Beauty Tech HR Teams.

1. 15+ years of experience in HRIS project management or consulting.
2. Proven expertise in SAP SuccessFactors, PeopleDoc, and HRIS system integrations.
3. Experience in international, multi-brand, and multi-entity environments.

2. Strong leadership and communication skills.
3. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
4. Fluency in English and French.

15+ years of experience in HRIS project management or consulting, with a focus on large-scale HR transformation programs.
