1. Lead the Beauty Worldwide CoreHR program, ensuring alignment with HR business needs and IT strategy.
2. Define and implement a scalable Beauty HRIS Core Model, integrating best practices and ensuring future-proof solutions.
3. Coordinate between HRIS business process owners, HR teams, and IT stakeholders to deliver an optimized HRIS ecosystem.
4. Manage and prioritize the HR IT Roadmap & Strategic portfolio for the Maisons and the Beauty Division.
5. Oversee budget portfolio management.
6. Deliver HRIS-related application projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget control, and strategic coherence.
7. Lead and coordinate internal teams and external partners, including consultants and development teams.
8. Ensure integration and interoperability of HRIS solutions with other IT platforms.
9. Identify, anticipate, and mitigate risks related to project execution and system implementation.
10. Assist and support on data quality and change management.
11. Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the CoreHR program.
12. Oversee maintenance and continuous improvement of HR applications, ensuring operational excellence.
13. Provide reporting to Beauty management to give visibility to Build & Run activities.
14. Manage external service providers for support and maintenance contracts.
15. Oversee level 2 support for critical HR applications.
16. Develop and coordinate Region Beauty Tech HR Teams.

1. 15+ years of experience in HRIS project management or consulting, focusing on large-scale HR transformation programs.
2. Proven expertise in SAP SuccessFactors, PeopleDoc, and HRIS system integrations.
3. Experience in international, multi-brand, and multi-entity environments.

1. Results-driven and action-oriented with strong leadership and communication skills.
2. Ability to engage with both HR and Tech teams.
3. Autonomous, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
4. Fluent in English and French.

15+ years of experience in HRIS project management or consulting, with a focus on large-scale HR transformation programs.
