Parfums Christian Dior HR Administration, Benefits & Compensation Coordinator

- Oversee payroll processes across multiple regions in collaboration with local third-party providers.
- Manage the annual Individual Compensation Review Process.
- Prepare and maintain employment-related documentation including contracts and agreements.
- Ensure compliance with internal HR policies and update them as necessary.
- Manage employee files and HR-related data systems.
- Oversee occupational health and safety training and exams.
- Administer the Social Fund and Pension Plan in Poland.
- Handle daily benefits management including insurance and sport cards.
- Provide regular internal HR reporting for the LVMH Group.
- Liaise with auditors during audits and manage vendor information.
- Serve as the primary contact for HR and payroll queries.
- Support the onboarding process for new employees.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR services and payroll, preferably in a multinational environment.
- Practical knowledge of the Polish Labour Code.
- Proficiency in Enova365 software.
- Fluency in Business English.
- Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize and balance diverse interests.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Understanding of the luxury consumer goods sector is advantageous.
Minimum of 5 years in HR services and payroll, ideally within a fast-paced, multinational company.
