1. Customize central training materials to align with local market conditions.
2. Conduct Train-the-Trainer (TTT) sessions to ensure accurate dissemination of knowledge.
3. Assist in conducting novelty cycle training in primary cities.
4. Implement the Beauty Consultant (BC) development program for fragrances according to the central curriculum.
5. Coordinate with the marketing department to develop and implement marketing plans.
6. Assist in developing business potential for fragrances and contribute to action plans.
7. Collaborate with marketing and planning teams to arrange fragrance testers and relevant materials for training purposes.
8. Support the retail team in conducting fragrance beauty classes and point-of-sale events.

A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in cosmetics or a fashion-related brand, with solid course development experience.
