- Manage and develop production teams, coaching Workshop Managers in leadership skills.
- Cultivate a positive social climate through hands-on leadership and support for Workshop Managers.
- Ensure efficient production planning and resource management, prioritizing safety and inclusivity.
- Oversee the production of semi-finished goods, ensuring quality standards, cost efficiency, and timely delivery.
- Optimize organizational resources while maintaining safety, hygiene, and environmental standards.
- Collaborate with financial controllers to implement cost-reduction strategies and propose savings.
- Participate in the development of 4.0 tools to enhance production management.
- Contribute to strategic planning and deployment of operational strategies, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Lead major projects, leveraging expertise in fragrance manufacturing processes and regulatory compliance.

- Experience in production management and manufacturing, preferably in chemical process industries.
