1. Manage and develop production teams, coaching Workshop Managers in leadership skills.
2. Cultivate a positive social climate through hands-on leadership and support for Workshop Managers.

4. Oversee the production of semi-finished goods, ensuring quality standards, cost efficiency, and timely delivery.

6. Collaborate with financial controllers to implement cost-reduction strategies and propose savings.
7. Participate in the development of 4.0 tools to enhance production management.
8. Contribute to strategic planning and deployment of operational strategies, ensuring alignment with company goals.
9. Lead major projects, leveraging expertise in fragrance manufacturing processes and regulatory compliance.
