- Drive sales targets and growth in designated areas and points of sale through active selling of products.
- Serve as a central liaison between points of sale and the company, ensuring seamless communication and execution of company strategies.
- Ensure flawless execution of the brand's presence in all retail spaces.
- Lead and manage store teams by example, providing coaching to enhance sales of Dior products.
- Collaborate with retail managers on shift planning and team management.
- Train and mentor in-store teams on product lines to uphold brand standards and customer service excellence.
- Maintain regular communication with counter managers and retailers to align on objectives and store performance.
- Identify recruitment needs in collaboration with HR and retail managers.
- Play a pivotal role in retail animations and events, supporting the retail team during major events.
- Ensure perfect implementation of merchandising planograms and update the merchandising database.
- Implement and maintain accurate reporting and KPIs to ensure alignment with corporate objectives.
- Perform analyses on business opportunities and monitor progress towards achieving set objectives.
- Report on marketing initiatives and competitor activities to inform strategy adjustments.
- Oversee inventory control and management to ensure optimal stock levels.
- Minimum 3 years of sales management experience in retail, cosmetics, or a related field.
- Proven success in people management and sales development.
- Customer-centric approach with excellent service skills.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Analytical, planning, and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, results-oriented, team player.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Fluent in Swedish and English.
Minimum 3 years of sales management experience in retail, cosmetics, or a related field.
