Parfums Christian Dior E-Concession and E-Travel Manager

- Oversee the global distribution of e-concessions and e-travel retail for Dior, collaborating with regions and markets to select locations for openings and closures.
- Develop and implement strategies for e-concessions, ensuring alignment with Dior's brand values and market needs.
- Create and execute 360-degree activations for key launches and commercial periods, tailoring approaches to specific markets and platforms.
- Establish over 50 product page guidelines annually for new launches across perfumes, makeup, and skincare.
- Manage the production of creative elements during key commercial periods, including homepage, landing pages, and gift finders.
- Coordinate on-site animations to meet business objectives and bridge central and local market strategies.
- Conduct sales performance analysis through weekly and quarterly business reviews, ad hoc launch analyses, and post-mortem evaluations.
- Benchmark innovations, trends, and opportunities within the industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business from a top-tier institution.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in e-commerce, particularly with platforms like Tmall, JD, and Douyin.
- Proficiency in analytics and a strong commercial acumen.
- Fluency in French, English, and Chinese.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Analytical mindset with a results-oriented approach.
- Excellent organizational abilities.
- Creativity and graphic design skills, with proficiency in Figma and/or Photoshop.
- Luxury product sensitivity.
A minimum of 5 years in e-commerce, with expertise in platforms such as Tmall, JD, and Douyin, and a comprehensive understanding of e-business KPIs and challenges.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business from a top-tier institution.
