1. Ensure operational excellence in packaging and the Art of Gifting (AOG) by acting as a liaison with marketing and logistics teams, developing and disseminating guidelines, defining and implementing audit processes, and providing market support.
2. Contribute to the enhancement of personalization services through analysis of marketing briefs, logistical and e-commerce coordination, project tracking, and preparation for steering committees.
3. Participate in defining and optimizing gifting journeys by framing data analyses, identifying improvement levers, and coordinating with central teams.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business, Communication, Digital, Design, or a related field.
2. Organized, meticulous, proactive, and open-minded, seeking a responsible experience in a prestigious House with autonomy in projects.
3. Strong communication skills for daily interactions with digital, marketing, and market teams.
4. Passionate about the cosmetics and luxury sectors, with a keen interest in digital challenges and a solid understanding of internet and web technologies.
5. Fluent in English.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of Google Analytics, Photoshop, Figma, and Content Square is a plus.
