- Oversee and coordinate distribution flows with a strategic vision, utilizing the DRP cycle for seamless operations.
- Develop and refine precise distribution plans incorporating sales forecasts, target stock levels, and logistical capacities.
- Proactively manage stock levels, identifying risks of shortages or overstock, and implementing corrective actions.
- Maintain distribution parameters for product portfolios, ensuring exemplary reliability.
- Collaborate with Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Physical Logistics, and Transport teams to ensure cohesive and efficient plans.
- Lead market interactions through regular meetings, performance tracking, and sharing of key information.
- Propose and implement continuous improvements in planning and distribution processes to enhance innovation and operational efficiency.
- Participate in strategic logistics optimization projects, such as reducing lead times and improving reliability.
- Monitor and communicate performance results in service, stock, and process areas, developing and executing associated action plans.
- Degree from an engineering school or equivalent higher education.
- Significant experience in Supply Chain, with expertise in distribution/planning as a major advantage.
- Proficiency in essential IT tools such as SAP, Excel, AnaPlan, and Power BI.
- Strong analytical skills, proactivity, and attention to detail.
- Fluency in English for international operations.
- Ability to propose solutions, work autonomously, and transform challenges into opportunities.
- Resilience and agility in managing priorities.
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal ease for effective collaboration.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Supply Chain, with a focus on distribution and planning.
Degree from an engineering school or equivalent higher education.
