1. Oversee and coordinate distribution flows with a strategic vision, utilizing the DRP cycle for seamless operations.
2. Develop and refine precise distribution plans incorporating sales forecasts, target stock levels, and logistical capacities.
3. Proactively manage stock levels, identifying risks of shortages or overstock, and implementing corrective actions.
4. Maintain distribution parameters for product portfolios, ensuring exemplary reliability.
5. Collaborate with Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Physical Logistics, and Transport teams to ensure cohesive and efficient plans.
6. Lead market interactions through regular meetings, performance tracking, and sharing of key information.
7. Propose and implement continuous improvements in planning and distribution processes to enhance innovation and operational efficiency.
8. Participate in strategic logistics optimization projects, such as reducing lead times and improving reliability.
9. Monitor and communicate performance results in service, stock, and process areas, developing and executing associated action plans.

1. Degree from an engineering school or equivalent higher education.
2. Significant experience in Supply Chain, with expertise in distribution/planning as a major advantage.

1. Proficiency in essential IT tools such as SAP, Excel, AnaPlan, and Power BI.
2. Strong analytical skills, proactivity, and attention to detail.
3. Fluency in English for international operations.
4. Ability to propose solutions, work autonomously, and transform challenges into opportunities.
5. Resilience and agility in managing priorities.
6. Excellent communication skills and interpersonal ease for effective collaboration.

Minimum 3 years of experience in Supply Chain, with a focus on distribution and planning.
