1. Deliver immersive Dior events including Beauty Classes, Masterclasses, pop-ups, VIP events, and boutique openings, ensuring seamless execution from setup to client engagement and sales.
2. Animate Dior storytelling through expert product demonstrations, application techniques, and tailored recommendations to enhance client conversion and loyalty.
3. Collaborate with the Eventing Team to achieve key performance indicators across events, including client bookings, outreach, recruitment, and sales performance.
4. Lead Private Client and PEX selling initiatives, serving as a key advocate for PEX outreach and sell-through across events and activations.
5. Support retail performance during quieter periods through in-store activities such as sampling, traffic stopping, prospect recruitment, and driving key business initiatives.

1. 3-5 years of experience as a Skincare & Fragrance Expert, Make-up Artist, or similar luxury beauty role.
2. Strong exposure to premium client engagement and events.

9. Strong clienteling and sales capability within a luxury retail environment.
10. Confident presentation and facilitation skills for group sessions and masterclasses.
11. Ability to track and deliver against KPIs and commercial objectives.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a luxury beauty role with a focus on skincare, fragrance, or make-up.
