1. Completion of at least three semesters in a relevant field of study.
2. Initial practical experience in a similar or related field.

2. Proficiency in project and time management.
3. Fluency in German and English; basic knowledge of French is advantageous.
4. Experience with MS PowerPoint and basic Excel skills.
