1. Participate in initiatives to optimize IT governance and delivery models.
2. Support the implementation of project methodologies, including Agile and hybrid approaches.
3. Monitor the progress of e-commerce and omnichannel projects from inception to production.
4. Assist in the consolidated tracking of project timelines, budgets, and risks.
5. Contribute to the preparation of project and steering committee meetings.
6. Produce, verify, and disseminate project reports.
7. Consolidate and update the IT roadmap managed by Beauty Tech.
8. Collect and consolidate reports from external consultants and service providers.
9. Verify the consistency of declared workdays against project schedules and contractual commitments.

1. Enrollment in a final-year or gap-year internship program.
2. Pursuing studies in engineering, business, or university with a specialization in information systems or project management.

1. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of JIRA and Confluence is advantageous.
2. Fluency in French and professional proficiency in English.
3. Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
4. Ability to interact with diverse stakeholders.

No prior experience required; suitable for students seeking a final-year or gap-year internship.

Currently enrolled in an engineering school, business school, or university with a focus on information systems or project management.
