1. Actively participate in the demand planning and forecasting process.
2. Conduct monthly performance evaluations and present forecasts to management.
3. Collaborate closely with sales, retail, and marketing teams to prepare sales planning.
4. Analyze historical sales data to identify trends and improve forecast accuracy.
5. Review monthly forecasts for Future Master.
6. Engage in Power BI/Data Management projects to standardize processes.
7. Assume full responsibility for local Direct To Retail (DTR) operations.
8. Serve as the local contact for the international distribution planner in France, coordinating with retail teams, customer service, and controlling.
9. Ensure supply to brand-owned retail outlets, including logistics coordination.
10. Manage and control the local assortment/catalog, including product placements and promotional materials.
11. Monitor DTR sales as part of the monthly closing process.
12. Plan and execute special projects such as pop-ups, events, and the opening/closing of new DTR locations.

1. Bachelor's degree in Business or Supply Chain Management.

1. Strong interest in supply chain and retail business, as well as IT processes and SAP transactions.
2. Excellent analytical skills with a strong numerical aptitude.
3. Diligent, detail-oriented, and service-minded.
4. Proactive and capable of building strong business partnerships.
5. Fluency in German and English.
6. Advanced proficiency in Power BI for data set application and report programming.
7. Proficiency in Excel, SAP, and PowerPoint.

Entry-level position suitable for recent graduates or individuals with minimal professional experience.
