Parfums Christian Dior Demand Planning and Retail Supply Chain Trainee

- Actively participate in the demand planning and forecasting process.
- Conduct monthly performance evaluations and present forecasts to management.
- Collaborate closely with sales, retail, and marketing teams to prepare sales planning.
- Analyze historical sales data to identify trends and improve forecast accuracy.
- Review monthly forecasts for Future Master.
- Engage in Power BI/Data Management projects to standardize processes.
- Assume full responsibility for local Direct To Retail (DTR) operations.
- Serve as the local contact for the international distribution planner in France, coordinating with retail teams, customer service, and controlling.
- Ensure supply to brand-owned retail outlets, including logistics coordination.
- Manage and control the local assortment/catalog, including product placements and promotional materials.
- Monitor DTR sales as part of the monthly closing process.
- Plan and execute special projects such as pop-ups, events, and the opening/closing of new DTR locations.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Supply Chain Management.
- Strong interest in supply chain and retail business, as well as IT processes and SAP transactions.
- Excellent analytical skills with a strong numerical aptitude.
- Diligent, detail-oriented, and service-minded.
- Proactive and capable of building strong business partnerships.
- Fluency in German and English.
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI for data set application and report programming.
- Proficiency in Excel, SAP, and PowerPoint.
Entry-level position suitable for recent graduates or individuals with minimal professional experience.
Bachelor's degree in Business or Supply Chain Management.
