Parfums Christian Dior Customer Service Training & Quality Manager

- Collaborate with HQ and Training Director to implement and enhance training programs aligned with brand culture and local customer service strategies.
- Adapt global training practices to the local context in partnership with the local Training & Development department.
- Train and coach advisors to develop quality expertise and achieve both quantitative and qualitative objectives.
- Equip Team Leaders with the necessary skills to monitor, evaluate, and coach advisors effectively.
- Regularly review and refine training content to ensure clarity and accessibility.
- Lead quality calibration sessions with Team Leaders, CS Manager, and HQ to standardize evaluation processes.
- Define and update observable behaviors that impact customer satisfaction.
- Oversee the quality monitoring process and conduct assessments to ensure compliance.
- Design performance training reports to drive operational improvements.
- Analyze quality results with the CS Manager to tailor training paths for staff to meet CS targets.
- Minimum 5 years of training experience, preferably in customer service or retail.
- Passion for beauty and the luxury industry.
- Fluency in English and at least one other language; French is advantageous.
- Strong presentation, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
- Ability to develop interactive and comprehensive training programs.
- Excellent communication, listening, and comprehension abilities.
- Capacity to evaluate and adapt existing training programs.
- Effective communication with all organizational levels.
- Leadership skills to inspire and motivate teams.
- Service-oriented mindset.
- Brand ambassador capabilities.
- Ability to create and manage a community on a training app with digital content.
Minimum of 5 years in training, preferably within a customer service or retail environment.
Salary range of $95,000-$110,000, with flexibility based on expertise, performance, and tenure.
