- Support specialists working for 18 European countries, including Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania, and Hungary.
- Manage the process of handling and documenting complaints received.
- Support in the control of orders in all areas.
- Process sales and POSM orders in the logistic SAP system.
- Prepare customer service summary reports.
- Distribute invoices.
- Collaborate closely with the Customer Service Manager.
- Follow up on missing items for quick reordering.
- Daily follow-up on the realization of orders.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Knowledge of MS Excel.
- SAP knowledge is an advantage.
- Medium to advanced knowledge of English.
- Planning and organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Team player.
- Detail-oriented and well-organized.
