1. Support specialists across 18 European countries, including Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania, and Hungary.
2. Manage the process of handling and documenting customer complaints.
3. Assist in the control and monitoring of orders across all areas.
4. Process sales and POSM orders using the SAP logistics system.
5. Prepare customer service summary reports.
6. Distribute invoices efficiently.
7. Collaborate closely with the Customer Service Manager.
8. Follow up on missing items to ensure quick reordering.
9. Monitor the daily realization of orders.

1. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Excel.
2. Knowledge of SAP is advantageous.
3. Proficiency in English at a medium to advanced level.
4. Excellent planning and organizational skills.
5. Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
6. Team-oriented mindset.
7. Detail-oriented and well-organized.

Beginner level experience is acceptable, suitable for those starting their career in customer service.
