1. Support specialists working across 18 European countries, including Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania, and Hungary.
2. Manage the process of handling and documenting customer complaints.
3. Assist in the control and management of orders across all areas.
4. Process sales and POSM orders using the logistic SAP system.
5. Prepare customer service summary reports.
6. Distribute invoices efficiently.
7. Collaborate closely with the Customer Service Manager.
8. Follow up on missing items to ensure quick reordering.
9. Monitor the daily realization of orders.

1. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Excel.
2. Knowledge of SAP is advantageous.
3. Proficiency in English at a medium to advanced level.
4. Excellent planning and organizational skills.
5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
6. Ability to work effectively in a team.
7. Detail-oriented and well-organized.

No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.
