1. Lead and manage the counter team to ensure optimal performance and team spirit.
2. Ensure team alignment with Dior's strategies, goals, and standards.
3. Set realistic individual KPIs for team members.
4. Coach and develop team skills using Dior tools and training materials.
5. Foster a positive work environment and encourage a culture of feedback, diversity, and teamwork.
6. Oversee the annual performance review process for all store staff.
7. Achieve consistent sales performance and profitability targets.
8. Drive boutique excellence through effective goal setting in sales, clienteling, and CRM activities.
9. Develop business initiatives and action plans to grow the customer base and enhance market position.
10. Promote a culture of relationship building and personalized customer experiences.
11. Actively engage on the sales floor to model exemplary service and ensure a welcoming store environment.
12. Manage and leverage customer data to enhance client loyalty.
13. Propose and execute in-store and remote actions to drive store traffic and customer acquisition.
14. Ensure completion of all administrative tasks, including shift planning, inventory management, and sales analysis.
15. Maintain operational compliance throughout the store and strengthen retailer relationships.

1. Previous retail experience in the luxury and/or cosmetics industry with proven management capabilities.
2. Demonstrated track record in achieving retail results in revenue and profitability.
3. Experience working in a luxury retail environment.
