Parfums Christian Dior Counter Manager

- Lead and manage the counter team to ensure optimal performance and team spirit.
- Ensure team alignment with Dior's strategies, goals, and standards.
- Set realistic individual KPIs for team members.
- Coach and develop team skills using Dior tools and training materials.
- Foster a positive work environment and encourage a culture of feedback, diversity, and teamwork.
- Oversee the annual performance review process for all store staff.
- Achieve consistent sales performance and profitability targets.
- Drive boutique excellence through effective goal setting in sales, clienteling, and CRM activities.
- Develop business initiatives and action plans to grow the customer base and enhance market position.
- Promote a culture of relationship building and personalized customer experiences.
- Actively engage on the sales floor to model exemplary service and ensure a welcoming store environment.
- Manage and leverage customer data to enhance client loyalty.
- Propose and execute in-store and remote actions to drive store traffic and customer acquisition.
- Ensure completion of all administrative tasks, including shift planning, inventory management, and sales analysis.
- Maintain operational compliance throughout the store and strengthen retailer relationships.
- Previous retail experience in the luxury and/or cosmetics industry with proven management capabilities.
- Demonstrated track record in achieving retail results in revenue and profitability.
- Experience working in a luxury retail environment.
- Excellent sales skills
- Digital proficiency
- Strong knowledge of cosmetics and beauty industry terminology
- Computer and analytical skills
- Client management skills
- Fluent in Flemish/Dutch with proficiency in French and English
- People management skills
Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury retail management, demonstrating successful leadership and retail results.
