1. Monitor hourly performance across all production lines and identify improvement opportunities.
2. Participate in control methods such as fatigue and quality recalibration, and track industrialization indicators.
3. Contribute to continuous improvement projects to optimize flow, quality, and productivity.
4. Define and document production process standards and develop audit routines to ensure their sustainability.
5. Support workshop management by observing and managing teams in collaboration with the Workshop Manager.

1. Enrollment in an industrial engineering program, seeking a final-year internship of at least six months.
