Christian Dior Client Project Manager Intern

1. Participate in the international deployment and development of new functionalities for Parfums Christian Dior's client solutions.
2. Engage in the implementation of new features on client domain tools such as CRM, Marketing, Customer Loyalty, Client Services, Clienteling, and Omni-services, specifically using Adobe Campaign, Salesforce Service Cloud, Booxi, and Comarch.
3. Analyze and define new functionalities, including participation in workshops, impact analysis, and drafting specifications.
4. Prepare and execute test strategies.
5. Prepare for production deployment.
6. Contribute to change management and draft documentation in English.

1. Pursuing a final-year internship or gap year starting July 2026.
2. Enrolled in an engineering or business school with a specialization in Information Technology (Bac +4/5).

1. Interest in client domain ecosystems, including CRM, marketing automation, customer loyalty, client services, clienteling, and omni-services solutions.
2. Knowledge of project management and a desire to enhance skills in this area.
3. Adaptability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
4. Strong service orientation and interpersonal skills.
5. Excellent communication skills in both French and English.

Entry-level experience required.

Currently enrolled in a relevant academic program.
