Parfums Christian Dior Business Controller

- Consolidate, control, and analyze monthly sell-out performance, including ad-hoc retail analyses for various departments such as Commerce, Marketing, Visual Merchandising, and Design.
- Ensure the completeness and quality of data in the Business Intelligence system for sell-out, and validate the relevance of analyses.
- Maintain and support cross-functional databases (Retail and Beauty Consultants) in collaboration with commercial, category, trade, and training teams.
- Assist the Store Design team with project budget validation and Capex order management.
- Oversee investments related to DSS (make-up furniture), from budget discussions to accounting control.
- Bachelor's degree (BAC+5) from a business school or equivalent university.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial roles, ideally in management control.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with advanced Excel skills.
- Knowledge of PowerBI dashboard development is advantageous.
- Proficiency in SAP.
- Fluency in French and English.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Teamwork and motivational skills.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Bachelor's degree (BAC+5) from a business school or equivalent university.
