Business Controller

1. Consolidate, control, and analyze monthly sell-out performance.
2. Conduct ad-hoc retail analyses for various departments such as Commerce, Marketing, VM, and Design.
3. Ensure the completeness and quality of data in the BI sell-out system and the relevance of analyses.
4. Maintain and support cross-functional databases for Retail and Beauty Consultants.
5. Assist the Store Design team with project budget validation and Capex order management.
6. Monitor investments related to DSS (make-up furniture) from budget discussions to accounting control.

1. Bachelor's degree (BAC+5) in business school or equivalent university education.
2. At least 5 years of experience in financial roles, ideally in management control.
3. Fluent in French and English.

1. Client-centric approach.
2. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
3. Knowledge of PowerBI dashboard development is a plus.
4. Proficiency in SAP.
5. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
6. Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
7. Teamwork and motivational skills.

Minimum 3 years of experience in financial roles, ideally in management control.
