4. Implement action plans to achieve boutique sales targets and KPIs.
5. Develop and grow the boutique's customer portfolio through strategic business planning.

8. Deliver a world-class client experience, exceeding brand expectations.
9. Manage client databases and develop customer loyalty programs.
10. Recruit, train, and retain high-caliber team members.
11. Conduct performance reviews and identify training needs.
12. Manage boutique operations, including staffing, scheduling, and stock management.
13. Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and manage profit and loss responsibilities.

1. Fluent in English.
2. Minimum of 3 years' experience in prestige beauty sales.
3. 2 to 5 years of experience managing a boutique.
