Boutique Fragrance Specialist

1. Conduct in-store and remote selling activities as a personal shopper.
2. Sell Dior products by meeting clients' needs and providing a memorable experience.
3. Communicate passionately about Dior storytelling and educate clients on the brand and products.
4. Achieve retail sales targets and contribute to boutique KPIs.
5. Develop enduring relationships with existing clients and engage new clients.
6. Utilize Dior content and tools to register client data and drive traffic.
7. Maintain an aesthetically pristine and hygienic boutique environment.
8. Support merchandising guidelines and inventory management.
9. Operate cash registers and assist in closing daily revenues.
10. Perform operational and administrative tasks.
11. Lead as the fragrance product knowledge expert in-store.
12. Provide personalized fragrance consultations and advice.

1. 1 year of fragrance selling experience required, preferably in luxury retail.
2. 1-2 years of retail experience required, preferably in luxury retail.
3. Proven track record in achieving retail results.

1. Experience in selling makeup, fragrance, and skincare.
2. Digital savvy; comfortable with operational POS systems.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, HRIS systems, PowerPoint, Client tracking systems, and POS.

Beginner level experience required.
