- Conduct in-store and remote selling activities, acting as a personal shopper.
- Achieve retail sales targets and contribute to boutique KPIs on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Develop enduring relationships with existing clients and engage new clients through genuine interactions.
- Maintain an aesthetically pristine and hygienic boutique environment.
- Operate cash registers and assist in closing daily revenues.
- Lead the team as the fragrance product knowledge expert in-store.
- Provide memorable fragrance experiences and personalized consultations to clients.
- 1 year of fragrance selling experience required, preferably in the luxury retail environment.
- 1-2 years of retail experience required, preferably in the luxury retail environment.
- Proven track record in achieving retail results (sales and profitability).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, HRIS systems, PowerPoint, Client tracking systems, and Point of Sales (POS).
- Digital savvy; experience with operational POS systems.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work on weekends, holidays, and evenings.
1-2 years of experience in fragrance selling and retail, preferably within a luxury environment.
