- Conduct in-store and remote selling activities, acting as a personal shopper.
- Sell Dior products by meeting clients’ needs and providing a memorable experience through high standards of service.
- Communicate passionately and educate clients on the brand and products.
- Achieve retail sales targets and contribute to counter KPIs on a monthly basis.
- Master brand, category, and competition knowledge.
- Develop durable relationships with existing clients in-store and remotely.
- Engage new clients to the brand through genuine human interaction.
- Register clients’ data in the dedicated system and ensure reachability.
- Leverage Dior content and tools to drive traffic, clientelling, develop client loyalty, and take actions.

- Ability to lead, motivate, coach, and develop oneself

- Charismatic and persuasive salesperson
- Good cosmetic know-how and makeup skills
- Good computer skills
- Good oral and written English skills
