1. Optimize quantitative and qualitative performance of the sales stand to ensure client satisfaction.
2. Anticipate and respond to client needs and expectations.
3. Develop and maintain long-lasting client relationships to ensure loyalty.
4. Engage new clients with the brand through genuine human interaction.
5. Conduct all CRM and clienteling activities to expand and retain the client portfolio.
6. Participate in local actions and commercial animations as a brand ambassador.
7. Conduct fragrance consultations, flash make-up sessions, and instant skincare treatments.
8. Contribute to the visual merchandising and general maintenance of the sales stand.
9. Ensure attractive product displays and stand animations.
10. Manage stock and participate in inventory and discrepancy tracking.
11. Adhere to punctuality, scheduling, and Dior grooming standards.
12. Actively participate in team dynamics and report challenges to the Stand Manager.

1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury sector (cosmetics, perfumes, fashion, etc.).
2. Fluency in French and preferably English.
3. Good general knowledge of perfumes and cosmetics is advantageous.
4. Strong sales and customer service skills.
