- Conduct in-store and online sales activities as a personal sales consultant.
- Adhere to the D.I.O.R. sales method to provide high-standard service and unforgettable customer experiences.
- Engage with customers at the counter, demonstrating excellent service etiquette and attention to detail.
- Identify and understand customer needs with precision.
- Recommend and showcase personalized products, offering a comprehensive beauty approach across categories.
- Communicate brand and product information enthusiastically.
- Achieve retail sales targets both in-store and online, contributing to monthly store KPIs.
- Maintain knowledge of brand, category, and competitor products.
- Build lasting relationships with existing in-store and remote customers.
- Focus on recruiting new customers and increasing return visits.
- Register customer data in dedicated systems and execute CRM and client activities.
- Utilize Dior content and tools to drive traffic, cultivate loyalty, and take action.
- Understand and apply sales guidelines.
- Monitor daily inventory levels, report issues to the counter manager, and ensure stock availability.
- Oversee shelf inventory and display new products as needed.
- Perform cashier operations and settle daily income as applicable.
- Execute assigned business and administrative tasks.
- Strictly adhere to all company policies, SOPs, processes, and employee code of conduct.
- Professional experience in retail and service industries, with preference for luxury sector experience (1-2 years).
- Outstanding performance in a luxury retail environment is preferred.
- Excellent sales skills, with preference for luxury industry experience.
- Strong writing and communication skills, fluency in Mandarin, and English communication ability for larger stores.
- Customer-centric approach, building strong relationships and responding to needs.
