1. Coordinate with sales, marketing, and controlling teams to build demand forecasts for main categories, ensuring an 18-month SKU forecast horizon.
2. Ensure novelty accuracy through channel submission analysis.
3. Consolidate non-sellable forecasts, focusing on samples and miniatures, and analyze demand to ensure forecast stability and control gaps versus budget.
4. Assist in the preparation of monthly pre-S&OP and S&OP meetings.
5. Prepare and analyze forecast indicators, identifying root causes, potential risks, and corresponding action plans.
6. Collaborate with HQ and regional teams to align local demand understanding.

1. University degree required.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in demand forecasting, preferably within the cosmetics or retail FMCG sectors.

1. Strong interpersonal communication skills for cross-functional team and customer interactions.
2. Advanced numerical sense and analytical ability.
3. Proficiency in English, both written and oral.
4. Advanced Excel proficiency.

A minimum of 5 years in demand forecasting, ideally within the cosmetics or retail FMCG industries.

Bachelor's degree required.
