1. Produce weekly and monthly performance reports for Direct Retail.
2. Analyze weekly performance to identify threats and opportunities.
3. Prepare monthly performance notes for top management for each brand.
4. Monitor Direct Retail KPIs across various channels such as boutiques, spas, and institutes.
5. Track global DTC leadership and market share per store.
6. Contribute to the development of internal and external business reviews.
7. Create weekly performance notes for top management on Direct Retail.
8. Conduct various product category assessments and trade post-mortems.
9. Manage store journaling tools and automated field reporting tools.
10. Coordinate presentations and data analysis with internal teams.
11. Support presentations for DTC sales force and retailer meetings.
12. Engage in field immersion days in stores.
13. Provide daily support to store managers.
14. Develop presentations and notes for top management.
15. Participate in various Direct Retail strategy projects (e.g., Beauty Class, Events).
16. Maintain Direct Retail business and finance reporting dashboards (P&L) and provide analysis and recommendations.

1. Currently enrolled in a business school, engineering data program, or management control course.
2. Previous internship experience in retail or management control is preferred.

2. Ability to automate Excel files.
