Parfums Christian Dior Assistant Business Analyst Intern

- Produce weekly and monthly performance reports for Direct Retail.
- Analyze weekly performance to identify threats and opportunities.
- Prepare monthly performance notes for top management for each brand.
- Monitor Direct Retail KPIs across various channels such as boutiques, spas, and institutes.
- Track global DTC leadership and market share per store.
- Contribute to the development of internal and external business reviews.
- Create weekly performance notes for top management on Direct Retail.
- Conduct various product category assessments and trade post-mortems.
- Manage store journaling tools and automated field reporting tools.
- Coordinate presentations and data analysis with internal teams.
- Support presentations for DTC sales force and retailer meetings.
- Engage in field immersion days in stores.
- Provide daily support to store managers.
- Develop presentations and notes for top management.
- Participate in various Direct Retail strategy projects (e.g., Beauty Class, Events).
- Maintain Direct Retail business and finance reporting dashboards (P&L) and provide analysis and recommendations.
- Currently enrolled in a business school, engineering data program, or management control course.
- Previous internship experience in retail or management control is preferred.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and SharePoint.
- Ability to automate Excel files.

Entry-level, suitable for candidates with a previous internship in retail or management control.
