Responsibilities
- Contribute to team management and ensure team spirit and energy.
- Assist in setting and monitoring individual KPIs for the team.
- Coach and develop team members using Dior tools and training materials.
- Support the Boutique Manager in driving business performance and managing commercial activities.
- Assist in assigning and monitoring sales targets.
- Support the implementation of Dior launch plans and store animations.
- Optimize stock levels and sell-through.
- Sell Dior products and provide a high standard of service to clients.
- Educate customers on the Dior brand and products.
- Contribute to client and service-centric mindset in the team.
- Propose and execute actions to drive store traffic and customer loyalty.
- Assist in organizing and managing timetables and boutique activities.
- Support day-to-day management and administration of the boutique.
- Ensure compliance with sales, cash, and stock management procedures.
- Manage stock and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Ensure operational compliance and health and safety guidelines are followed.
- Apply visual merchandising guidelines to the highest standards.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of retail experience, with at least 1 year in management, preferably in luxury retail.
- Proven track record in achieving retail results.
- Experience in luxury retail environment.
- Experience in planning and executing prestigious brand events is a plus.
- Digital savvy and comfortable with operational POS systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, HRIS systems, and client tracking systems.
- Ability to work on weekends, holidays, and evenings.

Experience Requirements
Minimum 3 years of retail experience, preferably with management experience in luxury retail.
Compensation
Salary range: $70,000-$85,000, with flexibility based on expertise, performance, and tenure.
