- Assist the Boutique Manager in managing and motivating the boutique team to ensure a high level of team spirit and energy.
- Set and monitor individual KPIs for team members to drive performance.
- Coach and develop team members using Dior's training materials and tools.
- Support the Boutique Manager in recruitment and development of staff, identifying training needs.
- Collaborate with the Boutique Manager to drive business performance and manage commercial activities using KPIs.
- Support the implementation of Dior's launch plans and store animations.
- Optimize stock levels and ensure effective sell-through.
- Oversee boutique operations in the absence of the Boutique Manager.
- Provide exceptional client experiences and achieve retail sales targets.
- Educate customers on Dior's brand values and product offerings.
- Promote a client-centric mindset within the team and execute actions to drive store traffic and customer loyalty.
- Co-manage clienteling and CRM activities, ensuring effective tool usage.
- Assist in organizing team schedules and managing boutique operations.
- Ensure compliance with sales, cash, and stock management procedures.
- Maintain operational compliance and visual merchandising standards.
- Handle cash management and merchandise safely.
- Minimum 3 years of retail experience, with at least 1 year in a management role, preferably in luxury retail.
- Proven track record in achieving sales and profitability targets.
- Experience in executing successful brand events is a plus.
- Digital proficiency, particularly with operational POS systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with HRIS systems and client tracking systems.
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.
A minimum of 3 years in retail, with at least 1 year in a managerial capacity, ideally within the luxury sector.
The salary range is $70,000-$85,000, with flexibility based on expertise, performance, and tenure.
