Assistant Boutique Manager

1. Contribute to team management and ensure team spirit and energy.
2. Assist in setting and monitoring individual KPIs for the team.
3. Coach and develop team members using Dior tools and training materials.
4. Support the Boutique Manager in driving business performance and managing commercial activities.
5. Assist in assigning and monitoring sales targets.
6. Support the implementation of Dior launch plans and store animations.
7. Optimize stock levels and sell-through.
8. Sell Dior products and provide a high standard of service to clients.
9. Educate customers on the Dior brand and products.
10. Contribute to client and service-centric mindset in the team.
11. Propose and execute actions to drive store traffic and customer loyalty.
12. Assist in organizing and managing timetables and boutique activities.
13. Support day-to-day management and administration of the boutique.
14. Ensure compliance with sales, cash, and stock management procedures.
15. Manage stock and ensure inventory accuracy.
16. Ensure operational compliance and health and safety guidelines are followed.
17. Apply visual merchandising guidelines to the highest standards.

1. 3+ years of retail experience, with at least 1 year in management, preferably in luxury retail.
2. Proven track record in achieving retail results.
3. Experience in luxury retail environment.
4. Experience in planning and executing prestigious brand events is a plus.
5. Digital savvy and comfortable with operational POS systems.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office, HRIS systems, and client tracking systems.
7. Ability to work on weekends, holidays, and evenings.

Salary range: $70,000-$85,000, with flexibility based on expertise, performance, and tenure.
