Parfums Christian Dior Area Sales Manager

- Drive sales growth and market share in key retail locations.
- Plan, execute, and evaluate national animations and bespoke sell-out events.
- Ensure strategic deployment of sales materials.
- Manage and coordinate the Sales Advisor team within the region.
- Collaborate with Sales Advisors to implement sales-boosting strategies.
- Motivate Sales Advisors to achieve optimal performance.
- Conduct regular feedback sessions with Sales Advisors.
- Act as a brand ambassador and motivator for Dior.
- Develop strong business relationships with retail partners and store teams.
- Gather and analyze market and competitive information.
- Maintain relationships with brand ambassadors (MBCs).
- Train and motivate MBCs on products, sales, service, and Dior DNA at the point of sale.
- Advise and manage Dior training paths for MBCs.
- Ensure planogram implementation according to Dior guidelines, securing additional space and support material placement to enhance brand visibility.
- Provide regular reports on activities, target achievement, and sales.
- Completed degree or commercial training with relevant professional experience.
- Minimum of two years of experience in a comparable sales role, ideally in the luxury, premium, or cosmetics sector.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams).
- Fluent in German and proficient in English.
- Customer-centric mindset with a results-oriented and analytical approach.
- Empathy, leadership, and coaching skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Organizational talent and networking ability.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar sales function, preferably within the luxury, premium, or cosmetics industry.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent commercial training.
