1. Drive revenue and market share growth in key retail locations.
2. Execute and analyze national animations and sell-out events.
3. Ensure strategic use of sales materials.
4. Plan and manage the deployment of the Sales Advisor team within the region.
5. Coordinate sales-boosting measures with Sales Advisors.
6. Motivate Sales Advisors to achieve optimal performance.
7. Conduct regular feedback sessions with Sales Advisors.
8. Act as a brand ambassador and motivator for Dior.
9. Develop strong business relationships with retail partners and store teams.
10. Gather market and competitive intelligence.
11. Maintain relationships with brand ambassadors (MBCs).
12. Train and motivate MBCs on products, sales, service, and Dior DNA at the point of sale.
13. Advise and manage Dior training paths for MBCs.
14. Ensure planogram implementation according to Dior guidelines, gain additional space, and place support materials to enhance brand visibility.
15. Provide regular reports on activities, goal achievement, and sales.

1. Completed degree or commercial training with relevant professional experience.
2. Minimum of two years of experience in a comparable sales role, ideally in luxury, premium, or cosmetics sectors.
3. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams).
4. Fluent in German and proficient in English.
5. Customer-centric mindset with a results-oriented and analytical approach.
6. Empathy, leadership, and coaching skills.
7. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
8. Organizational talent and enjoyment of networking.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar sales function, preferably within the luxury, premium, or cosmetics industry.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent commercial training.
