Christian Dior Area Sales Manager

- Drive revenue and market share growth in key retail locations.
- Execute and analyze national animations and sell-out events.
- Ensure strategic use of sales materials.
- Plan and manage the deployment of the Sales Advisor team within the region.
- Coordinate sales-boosting measures with Sales Advisors.
- Motivate Sales Advisors to achieve optimal performance.

- Ensure planogram implementation according to Dior guidelines, gain additional space, and place support materials to enhance brand visibility.
- Provide regular reports on activities, goal achievement, and sales.
- Completed degree or commercial training with relevant professional experience.
- Minimum of two years of experience in a comparable sales role, ideally in luxury, premium, or cosmetics sectors.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams).
- Fluent in German and proficient in English.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent commercial training.
