1. Drive daily sell-out activities at key retail locations.
2. Prepare, execute, and evaluate national animations and bespoke sell-out events.
3. Ensure strategic deployment of sales materials.
4. Plan and manage the Sales Advisor team within the region.
5. Coordinate sales-boosting initiatives with Sales Advisors.
6. Motivate Sales Advisors to achieve optimal performance.
7. Conduct regular feedback sessions with Sales Advisors.
8. Act as a brand ambassador and motivator for Dior.
9. Develop strong business relationships with retail partners and store teams.
10. Gather market and competitive intelligence.
11. Maintain relationships with brand ambassadors (MBCs).
12. Train and motivate MBCs at the point of sale on products, sales, service, and Dior DNA.
13. Advise and manage Dior training paths for MBCs.
14. Ensure implementation of planograms according to Dior guidelines, secure additional space, and place support materials to enhance brand visibility.
15. Provide regular reports on activities, goal achievement, and sales.

1. Completed degree or commercial training with relevant professional experience.
2. Minimum of two years of experience in a comparable sales role, ideally in the luxury, premium, or cosmetics sector.

1. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams).
2. Fluent German and good English skills.
3. Customer-centric mindset with a results-oriented and analytical approach.
4. Empathy, leadership, and coaching skills.
5. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
6. Organizational talent and networking enthusiasm.

Minimum of three years in a similar sales function, preferably within the luxury, premium, or cosmetics industry.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent commercial training.
