1. Oversee retail network projects, including new store openings, relocations, extensions, and pop-up stores.
2. Execute and update visual displays for product launches and seasonal themes.
3. Develop local visual merchandising strategies in alignment with headquarters guidelines.
4. Coordinate store visit schedules based on merchandise delivery timelines and operational needs.
5. Provide regular display guidelines to ensure consistent and flexible execution across stores.
6. Ensure all stores maintain brand visual merchandising standards and elevate presentation quality.
7. Support store openings and ad-hoc visual merchandising projects as needed.
8. Document visual merchandising executions through photography and share results with headquarters and store teams.
9. Request seasonal visual merchandising guidelines from headquarters in advance of major display updates.
10. Collaborate with merchandise department to determine SKU requirements for display planning.
11. Plan opening SKUs for new store openings and support floor zoning with commercial considerations.
12. Manage weekly alignment meetings with headquarters visual merchandising team to review guidelines, feedback, and seasonal directions.
13. Attend annual visual merchandising training camp hosted by headquarters and share learnings with the Korea visual merchandising team and stores.
14. Set up and coordinate styling class event displays, ensuring alignment with brand visual merchandising standards.
15. Support department store personal shopping room display setup, maintaining premium brand presentation.
16. Manage all visual merchandising props orders, including forecasting and procurement.
17. Track all visual merchandising fixture and prop production, delivery, and installation schedules.
18. Distribute new headquarters props to stores and provide guidelines for usage and maintenance.
19. Conduct regular props inventory checks in collaboration with store teams.
20. Work closely with store managers to monitor and analyze visual merchandising-related sales performance.
21. Provide insights to support improved product presentation and commercial results.

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Fashion, Design, or related Art major.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in visual merchandising within the fashion or consumer goods industry.
3. Strong aesthetic sense and qualitative visual merchandising skills.
4. Solid understanding of fashion fundamentals within the luxury and premium market.
5. Proactive mindset with strong communication skills.
6. Fluency in both spoken and written English.
7. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
