1. Lead the team to transform each client experience into special moments by creating a hand-crafted experience.
2. Achieve commercial targets through efficient team organization and successful product management.
3. Improve commercial performance through analysis of sales and stocks, product rotation, and supervision of replenishment and visual equipment.
4. Lead a high-performing, client-facing, service-oriented team.
5. Coach and provide feedback to ensure clients receive the highest standard of experience.
6. Empower, develop, motivate, and collaborate with the team to drive results through an elevated customer experience.

8. Support the Store Manager in driving store strategy to achieve optimal sales performance.
9. Contribute to the development and implementation of business action plans to enhance sales.

11. Ensure efficiency and effectiveness at floor level in terms of clienteling, display, merchandise, cleanliness, and grooming, taking action to resolve issues positively.
